Why Become a Member?
OGS members enjoy complimentary registration to the OGS Annual Meeting, held in September of each year. The annual meeting connects members and provides new ideas and a valuable opportunity for networking with colleagues and industry representatives. AMA PRA Category 1™ credit is also provided. OGS leadership also works closely with the Ohio State Medical Association staff to advocate for the profession on legislative, regulatory and payer (both public and private) issues.

Residents & Fellows
The Physicians in training (Residents/Fellows) can join the OGS at no charge. They also have the opportunity to present a scientific research or case study poster— or, can also give a verbal presentation at the OGS annual meeting to increase their involvement and enhance their reputation.
