Why Become a Member?
OGS members enjoy complimentary registration to the OGS Annual Meeting, held in September of each year. The annual meeting connects members and provides new ideas and a valuable opportunity for networking with colleagues and industry representatives. AMA PRA Category 1™ credit is also provided. OGS leadership also works closely with the Ohio State Medical Association staff to advocate for the profession on legislative, regulatory and payer (both public and private) issues.
Annual Membership Dues:

for gastroenterologists with
an active Ohio License

for Associate Membership
(Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Endoscopy Mangers and Office Managers, who are actively employed in a gastroenterology practice, ambulatory endoscopy or surgery center, or a hospital based endoscopy unit)

for Mid-level Provider Membership
(Nurse Practitioner & Physician Assistant)
FREE
for Students, Residents, Fellows, and
Retired Gastroenterologists.
(NOTE: Physicians in training also have the opportunity to present a scientific research or case study poster—or, can also give a verbal presentation at the OGS annual meeting to enhance their reputation.
